"Your album [Wabi Sabi] is so creative and inventive... soundscape ideas and percussion layers are deep. Nice work! Great textures...sometimes disturbing which I think is cool." Rich Mangicaro (Gon Bops, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh)
"Wabi Sabi will make most percussion ensemble enthusiasts smile from ear to ear. I can even see this landing well with those who enjoy experimental dance music and drum circles. The music on this project conjures up the following: Imagine a swarm of people’s limbs swooping through the air in no particular pattern. A huge bonfire resides in the middle of an open field, and all who wish to feel their inner strength surround the flames. Humans reveling in the most basic, driving rhythms lose themselves in the music. Drumming is one of the earliest forms of musical expression, so it is no wonder this album has the power to bring listeners back to their roots."
Sam Fishman (Driftwood, Who Is Fish?)
"Mr. Tripoli has composed and created a sumptuous drumtastic delight with his first EP, RHYTHM CADENCE for the NEW RENAISSANCE. The beauty, for me, is the brevity, the sound, and the performances. Jeff "trims the fat" with "right to the point" energetic and infectious grooves. Mr. Moleski SLAYS on the engineering and mixing of these tracks. I was floored at how really clean and "in your face" this disc sounds. Tripoli comes with the goods as a drummer by playing for the music and not just packing tracks with every "lick" he's ever learned. This is a fantastic record. A home run." Butch Norton (Eels, Lucinda Williams, Rufus Wainwright)
"|Rhythm Cadence| is more about tribalistic grooves with rhythms that will make you want to move no matter what part of the world you come from. Thanks for the inspiration Jeff, I can’t wait to steal this concept!" Jeff Tortora (Blue Man Group Las Vegas)
